Last River Shuttle/Bus to the Upper River location to (Enter River) is at 4:30 pm. Located at 9917 Hwy 17 N. Helen GA from the Lower River Take out location 685 Edelweiss Str. Helen GA. This time is subject to change because of the high volume of customers or changing weather conditions and without notice. This only applies to customers who are just entering the river. The Shuttle will run till 7 pm for customers who are exiting the river at the end of their trip.

Important Information

  • New for the 2023 Tubing Season ALL new Bathrooms, Showers and Changing Room at the Lower Tubing Exit point of your river trip located at 685 Edelweiss Street.

  • River Tubing pricing includes (1) tube, life vest if needed, tether straps to tether / hook tubes together if needed and free shuttle ride to and from Upper Tubing and Lower Tubing locations.

  • KEEP THE RIVERS CLEAN, PLEASE!

  • Review and Respect the City of Helen Laws and Ordinances.

  • Rivers are PATROLLED  by Helen Police Dept & Dept of Natural Resources. If you take coolers, alcohol, litter, or break ordinances you will be fined.

  • Our tubes have headrests & bottoms or neither. First come, first serve.

  • AGES 13 AND UNDER ARE REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA TO WEAR A LIFE JACKET

  • Pets are charged the same Tubing Fee as their owner

  • Tubing on Chattahoochee Only

  • The estimated duration for the trip is 2 – 2.5 hours but depends on the person or group of how many times they stop along the river or the current river water levels. 

  • No combo tickets offered at this time

  • No all day tubing tickets. Price is for single trip only.

  • Tax not included

  • NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS

  • All bags/backpacks/coolers etc subject to be checked at each of the Helen Tubing locations. 

  • NO private river tubes, boats, canoe, kayak or floatation device other than your own personal life jackets is allowed at any of our locations, property or parking lots of Helen Water Park or Helen Tubing. 

  • ONLY 2 Tubes can be connected together.  Only 1 strap for every 2 tubes.

  • We are normally open rain or shine. In the event of a flash flood of the river tubing will be closed till water levels are safe to travel. Please check our local weather before planning your trip. No refunds are given to changing weather conditions. 

  • NO TUBE is allowed to leave the river. If you decide to exit the river before the end of your trip at our river exit point located at 685 Edelweiss Str. Please leave your tube on the banks of the river. DO NOT REMOVE TUBE FROM RIVER AND CARRY TO A STREET OR YOUR PERSONAL AUTO OR HOTEL ROOM. 

  • You have to be a customer and have a signed waiver before you are allowed to enter the river or ride the shuttle bus.   

  •  Helen Water Park and Helen Tubing are two different stand alone companies and you must purchase enter tickets for each. NO TICKET COMBO PRICES ARE GIVEN FOR BOTH. 

  • Wristbands for  Helen Tubing must stay intact on your arm at all times. If you DO NOT have an armband you will not be allowed to enter the River Tubing or Ride the Shuttle Bus.

  • 24-hour call-in advance for Group Rates is required

  • Group Minimum: 20 People

  • Group Rates have to be made with a single payment only

  • All members of the group have to be present

  • We do NOT offer group rates on Holidays
